Payment must be made upon completion of the service via cash, UPI, or online transfer.
Additional costs may apply for replacement parts or extra repairs beyond the initial diagnosis.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments at least 24 hours in advance through phone call.
If a technician arrives and the service is canceled on-site, a visit charge may apply.
Refunds are only applicable if the service was not rendered as promised and will be issued after verification.
5. Warranty & Liability
We provide a limited warranty of 30 days on completed repairs.
The warranty covers only workmanship and does not include additional issues arising from misuse or negligence.
Goldfish Service Center is not responsible for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.

Do not attempt to repair appliances yourself after service, as this may void the warranty.
